Punsavan Sanskar (Fetal Ceremony) is the second of the sixteen samskaras in Hindu tradition and is usually performed in the third month of pregnancy, when the fetus begins to develop distinct features. This sacred ritual is conducted to bless the unborn child with good health, intelligence, and spiritual strength, and to ensure the physical and mental well-being of the expectant mother.
